Facilities for FC Soldiers
FC Balochistan extends a number of facilities towards their soldiers keeping in view their welfare and well-being and that of their families. The various facilities provided to the recruits are given below:
1. Pay and Allowances
FC soldiers are paid according to standards similar to their counterparts in the Pakistan Army. A number of other incentives, too, are available for soldiers to serve under the United Nations on the basis of performance.
2. Housing and education
Accommodation for families of soldiers is provided absolutely free of cost, and their children receive free education. Particular attention is paid to the children of martyrs, and extended full educational facilities.
3. Medical facilities include
Among other facilities, they receive free medical treatment with their families. During the service, they are provided with the best healthcare facilities.
4. Transportation
The FC soldiers are entitled to intra-state travel with a concession of 50% in train fares.
Eligibility Criteria for Recruitment of Local Candidates, Balochistan End
Age:
Minimum 18 years, maximum 30 years as on January 31, 2025
Academic Background:
- General Duty: Matriculation minimum Class 10th
- Technical Entries: In EME, Signal Corps, and other technical branches, the applicants having the diploma will be preferred. For different types of technical entries, the qualification requires pre-engineering or pre-medical with at least 50% marks in aggregate.
- Height and Chest: Must be at least 5 feet 3 inches tall.
- Chest: 29-31 inches
- Special Exemptions: Relaxation in age limit up to two years and 2-inch relaxation in height as well as chest for a child/brother /sister of a martyr.
Selection Process for Candidates Other than Balochistan
Non-local candidates of other provinces are also eligible on the basis of
Age and Educational Qualifications:
- Minimum age: 18 years Matriculation for general duty positions
- Candidates having higher qualifications or technical diplomas are open to land technical posts.
- Physical Requirements: Height: 5 feet 6 inches and Chest: 31-33 inches Additional Needs Depending on the Position: The technical positions require a relevant diploma or certification from recognized institutions.
- Preference for diploma holders: Candidates with diplomas in the field of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, IT, and other related field engineering disciplines will be accorded preferential consideration.
Application Advisory Notice
All candidates must bring one copy of attested photocopies, with original educational documents, computerized CNIC, domicile, and four photocopies of each document mentioned above.
- Eight passport size white back photographs.
- Any candidate who will present forged documents shall be turned over to the police authorities.
- No mobile phone is allowed inside any recruitment station.
- If found, an application presented by a candidate will be canceled.
- The candidate should attend the recruitment on a date meant for their district.
- Candidates from other districts attending on a different date will not be put into consideration.
Physical Fitness Assessment
Candidates should bring PT shoes and wear an appropriate outfit to be able to administer the 1-mile running test. Documents verification would essentially require the carrying of all educational documents by the candidates along with them.
