1. Gender & Youth Mainstreaming Officer
Locations: Peshawar, Mansehra, Chitral, D.I. Khan, Swat
Qualifications:
- 16 years of education in Gender Studies or Social Sciences from an HEC-recognized university
- 5 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant field with national/international or public sector organizations
2. Office Assistant
Location: Peshawar
Qualifications:
- 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized university
- 3 years of post-qualification experience in a similar role within public sector organizations or development projects
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent project reporting skills
- Strong command of written and spoken English
3. M&E Assistant
Location: Peshawar
Qualifications:
- 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized university
- 3 years of post-qualification experience in a similar role within public sector organizations or development projects
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent project reporting skills
- Strong command of written and spoken English
Terms & Conditions
- Candidates will undergo a screening test conducted by ETEA.
- Incomplete applications or late submissions will not be accepted.
- Government/Semi-Government employees should apply through the proper channel.
- All positions are contract-based (initially for one year, renewable based on performance).
- No TA/DA will be provided for tests or interviews.
- Candidates with foreign degrees must provide an HEC equivalency certificate.
How to Apply?
Step 1: Online Application

Step 2: Fee Payment
- After submitting the online application, a deposit slip will be generated.
- Pay the test fee via Easypaisa, JazzCash, or UBL Omni.
- Keep the original deposit slip as proof of payment.
Step 3: Screening Test
- Download the Roll Number Slip from ETEA’s website when notified.
- The test date, time, and venue will be mentioned on the Roll No. Slip.
- No separate call letters will be issued for the screening test.
